What we do
Real skills, taught on real rigs
Hi, I’m Mike. At The Plumbing School you learn by doing — copper, radiators, toilets, taps and full bathroom installs in our purpose-built training bays at Deeside Enterprise Centre. No death-by-PowerPoint: you’re on the tools from the first hour, in a group of no more than four.

A few straight answers
Can I start with no plumbing experience?
Yes. Start with the 3-Day Plumbing Course or the complete 8-Day package. The standalone 5-Day Bathroom Fitting Course needs the 3-Day course or equivalent practical skills first.
What is included?
Tools and materials used during training, practical guidance, course notes and The Plumbing School’s own course certificate. Training takes place at our Deeside centre, with free parking.
Does the course make me a qualified plumber?
These are practical skills courses with The Plumbing School’s own certificate. They do not award an NVQ or City & Guilds qualification or qualify you for gas work. Keep practising and build experience within your ability.
Can I choose separate dates or pay a deposit?
For the £1,295 package, choose your 3-day course first and a later 5-day bathroom course. You can also take the full course over four weekends for £1,400. To arrange a £150 deposit, ask Mike to confirm the course, dates and balance before you pay.
